Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CopperBullion.com, many of our products are heavy, high-value, bulk commodities that require significant handling, packaging, and shipping. For this reason, all sales are considered final, subject to the limited exceptions described below.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed, packaged, or shipped.

After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled.

If an order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped within the initial 24-hour period, cancellation may no longer be available.

Any non-refundable payment processing fees or other costs already incurred may be deducted from an approved cancellation refund where permitted by law.

No Returns — Unless Specifically Approved

CopperBullion.com does not accept returns unless the return has been specifically reviewed and approved by CopperBullion.com.

Customers must contact us and receive authorization before returning any merchandise.

Approval of a return is at the discretion of CopperBullion.com, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Sending merchandise back without prior authorization does not guarantee a refund, and unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved Returns

If CopperBullion.com approves a return:

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• The customer is responsible for properly packaging the merchandise for return.
• We strongly recommend that all returns be shipped using a trackable and adequately insured shipping method.
• CopperBullion.com is not responsible for merchandise lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.
• Merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received and must not have been altered, cut, melted, drilled, machined, damaged, or otherwise modified.
• The return must include all applicable products, packaging, certificates, and documentation requested by CopperBullion.com.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.

The restocking fee may vary depending on the order, product, quantity, condition, packaging, handling requirements, and costs incurred by CopperBullion.com.

The applicable restocking fee will be communicated as part of the return authorization.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect product or merchandise was materially damaged in transit, please contact CopperBullion.com promptly with your order number, photographs of the merchandise, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

CopperBullion.com will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Normal characteristics of copper products—including oxidation, patina, color variations, surface marks, casting marks, dimensional variations, or variations in shape and appearance—are not necessarily considered defects.

Refunds for Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the merchandise must first be received and inspected by CopperBullion.com.

Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting the applicable restocking fee, original shipping charges, and any other applicable non-refundable costs.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Bulk, Wholesale & Special Orders

Due to the nature of our business, bulk, wholesale, special-order, custom, and large-quantity purchases may be designated Final Sale with no return eligibility.

CopperBullion.com reserves the right to decline a return request based on the product, quantity, order type, or circumstances of the transaction, except where otherwise required by law.
