These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CopperBullion.com and your purchase of products from CopperBullion.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from CopperBullion.com, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, limit quantities, or decline a transaction when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products

CopperBullion.com sells copper bullion and related copper products, including bulk and wholesale quantities.

Copper is a natural metal, and many of our products may have variations in appearance.

Products may exhibit characteristics including:

• Surface marks or scratches
• Oxidation or patina
• Color variations
• Casting marks
• Minor dimensional variations
• Differences in shape or surface texture

These characteristics are normal for many copper products and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product photographs are intended to reasonably represent the merchandise offered. Because many copper products vary naturally or through manufacturing processes, the exact product received may differ slightly in appearance from photographs shown on the website.

3. Product Weights and Dimensions

Product weights and dimensions displayed on CopperBullion.com are intended to accurately describe the products being sold.

Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, casting, cutting, measuring, or other production processes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, dimensions should be considered approximate.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on CopperBullion.com are subject to change without notice.

Copper is a commodity whose market value can fluctuate. Product pricing may therefore change based on copper prices, material availability, manufacturing costs, shipping costs, market conditions, and other factors.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price shown and accepted at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors.

5. Pricing and Listing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, weights, availability, and other information.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or contains a material listing error, CopperBullion.com reserves the right, where permitted by law, to cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless other written payment terms have been specifically approved by CopperBullion.com.

Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, or other security procedures before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to hold, decline, or cancel transactions that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise improper.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed, packaged, or shipped.

After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled.

If an order has already been processed, packaged, or shipped during the initial 24-hour period, cancellation may no longer be available.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless a return is specifically approved by CopperBullion.com.

CopperBullion.com does not accept returns without prior authorization.

If a return is approved:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• The return is subject to a restocking fee.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Merchandise must be returned in acceptable condition.
• Merchandise may not be altered, cut, melted, drilled, machined, or otherwise modified.
• CopperBullion.com must receive and inspect the merchandise before a refund is issued.

9. Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, high order volume, product availability, holidays, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

CopperBullion.com is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

For large or freight shipments, additional delivery requirements may apply.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Inspection of Shipments

Customers should inspect their shipments promptly after delivery.

If merchandise is materially damaged during shipment or an incorrect product was received, the customer should contact CopperBullion.com promptly and provide the order number, photographs of the merchandise and packaging, and a description of the issue.

Customers should retain all packaging materials until a shipping-related claim has been resolved.

11. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

Certain products may be sold in bulk, wholesale, pallet, case, or other large-quantity configurations.

Bulk orders may require additional handling, freight arrangements, delivery requirements, or processing time.

Bulk, wholesale, custom, and special-order purchases may be designated Final Sale and may not be eligible for return.

Customers purchasing large quantities are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate equipment, personnel, and facilities to safely receive and handle the shipment.

12. Commodity and Investment Disclaimer

CopperBullion.com sells physical copper products. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Purchasing copper involves financial risk. The market value of copper can increase or decrease, and there is no guarantee that a purchaser will be able to resell copper for the original purchase price or for a profit.

Statements regarding historical copper prices, potential future value, market trends, or resale opportunities are informational only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

Customers are responsible for making their own purchasing and investment decisions.

13. Resale Value

CopperBullion.com makes no guarantee regarding the future resale value, scrap value, investment performance, liquidity, or marketability of any product.

Third-party buyers, scrap yards, metal dealers, refiners, and other purchasers determine their own buying prices and acceptance requirements.

14. Fraud and Chargebacks

Customers should contact CopperBullion.com directly if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communications, photographs, transaction records, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, or other parties when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent transactions, fraudulent returns, product substitution, false claims, and misuse of the chargeback process may be contested and addressed as permitted by applicable law.

15. Intellectual Property

The content of CopperBullion.com, including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, website design, text, and other original materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or misrepresent our protected content as your own without permission.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CopperBullion.com and its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or products or your material violation of these Terms.

These Terms and transactions with CopperBullion.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.
