Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 18, 2026
CopperBullion.com ships physical copper bullion and bulk copper products throughout the United States. Because our products can be heavy and high-value, special shipping and delivery procedures may apply.
By placing an order with CopperBullion.com, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.
Free Shipping
CopperBullion.com offers free standard shipping on most orders unless otherwise stated on the product listing, during checkout, or at the time of purchase.
Free shipping applies to orders that can be shipped using our standard parcel shipping methods.
Certain large, heavy, bulk, palletized, or commercial orders may require freight shipping and are not eligible for standard free shipping.
Freight Shipments
If your order requires freight shipping, CopperBullion.com will contact you before the order is shipped.
We will provide a freight shipping quote and notify you of any additional shipping charges.
Any required freight charges must be paid before the order is released for shipment.
Freight charges may vary based on:
- Shipment weight and dimensions
- Number of pallets
- Delivery location
- Residential or commercial delivery
- Liftgate requirements
- Limited-access locations
- Carrier availability
- Other special delivery requirements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the delivery location and any special services required.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for all applicable shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and making appropriate arrangements to receive their shipment.
Signature Confirmation
Shipments will require signature confirmation when applicable.
Because CopperBullion.com sells valuable copper products, customers should ensure that an authorized person is available to receive and sign for the shipment.
A carrier's delivery confirmation, including an applicable signature confirmation, may be considered evidence that the shipment was delivered.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing checkout.
CopperBullion.com is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Lost or Misdelivered Packages
CopperBullion.com provides tracking information and uses signature confirmation when applicable to help provide secure delivery.
If a shipment is lost while in the possession of the shipping carrier, CopperBullion.com will reasonably assist the customer with available carrier claim procedures when appropriate.
However, CopperBullion.com is not responsible for loss, misdelivery, theft, or other events occurring after shipment to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This includes packages that are:
- Lost while in the carrier's possession
- Delivered to an incorrect location by the carrier
- Misdelivered
- Stolen after delivery
- Removed from a porch, entryway, mailbox area, loading dock, receiving area, or other delivery location
- Accepted or signed for by another person at the delivery address
Any rights or remedies available through the shipping carrier or applicable shipping insurance will be subject to the carrier's applicable terms and claim procedures.
Stolen Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a secure location where their order can be delivered and for making arrangements to receive shipments requiring a signature.
If tracking information shows that a package was delivered, but the customer believes the package was subsequently stolen, the customer should promptly contact the shipping carrier and, when appropriate, local law enforcement.
CopperBullion.com is not responsible for packages stolen following documented delivery, except where otherwise required by law.
Delivery Delays
Delivery dates and transit times provided by CopperBullion.com or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
CopperBullion.com is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law if an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe originally represented.
Freight Delivery Inspection
Customers receiving freight shipments should inspect the shipment before accepting delivery whenever reasonably possible.
If there is visible damage to a pallet, crate, packaging, or merchandise, the customer should:
- Photograph the damage.
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of lading.
- Retain all packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact CopperBullion.com promptly.
Signing for a freight shipment without noting visible damage may affect the ability to pursue a freight damage claim.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping, return freight, storage, redelivery, handling, or carrier charges resulting from:
- Refusing an otherwise correct shipment
- Being unavailable to receive a shipment
- Providing an incorrect shipping address
- Failing to arrange freight delivery
- Failing to retrieve a shipment held by a carrier
Returned shipments are also subject to the CopperBullion.com Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, including applicable restocking fees.
Order Acceptance
By placing an order through CopperBullion.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
